    You can chat with one of our customer advisors online between:

    • 9am and 5pm, Monday to Thursday; and
    • 9am and 4.30pm on Fridays.

    If you’re a Cottsway customer, we will ask you for some of your date of birth and customer information (eg. rent account number) to verify your identity, so please have details to hand, otherwise we may not be able to answer your query.

    • It may take a few minutes to connect to an advisor during peak times.
    • Live chat is not available on public holidays.
