A number of organisations offer learning and development courses to help you improve your health and well-being, learn new skills and increase job prospects, some of these are free of charge.

Want to do a course that costs money?

To help Cottsway customers and their immediate family, we offer an individual learning grant of up to £250. This can help pay towards training courses, sports coaching courses, qualifications and / or materials to support your learning.

Tenant Participation Advisory Service (TPAS)

TPAS promotes, supports and champions tenant involvement and empowerment in social housing. They offer comprehensive training opportunities to tenants, including running a community event, community fundraising, holding your landlord to account, chairing skills and community engagement.
