What you can expect from us
We are committed to maintaining high standards at our properties and developments.
As part of the inspection, we’ll be checking the condition of your estate, buildings and communal areas, and reporting any maintenance repairs required.
We aim to:
- Remove offensive graffiti and fly tipping containing dangerous items within 24 hours of it being reported to us, and other fly tipping and graffiti within 5 working days
- Keep roads, paths and other hard areas clean and clear of dumped items
- Keep our play areas clean and safe
- Keep garden areas free of litter
- Make sure lighting in shared areas is in good working order
- Start the process to remove any abandoned vehicles within five working days of it being reported.

We encourage customers to take part in our inspections as it's your opportunity to suggest areas for improvement on your estate.
You can advise on issues such as:
- Rubbish and fly-tipping
- Reporting any repairs on your estate
- Estate improvements
