Helping Hands For Hoarders
Is hoarding an issue for you, a family member or friend? If so, we’re here to help. Come along to our FREE local support group where you can get expert advice and a safe place to talk to others.
Created in partnership with Travis Perkins Managed Services and led by Angela from Helping Hands For Hoarders this new support group is open to everyone who has an interest in hoarding. Hoarding disorder is a persistent difficulty discarding or parting with possessions because of a perceived need to save them. A person with hoarding disorder experiences distress at the thought of getting rid of the items. Excessive accumulation of items, regardless of actual value, occurs.
Whether you are a hoarder, are friends and family of a hoarder or a professional who works with hoarders you are most welcome to attend.
